American Mood Swings is the first TV show with the singular mission of mental illness awareness and providing answers to the many questions surrounding these issues. This show is best described as the 60 Minutes of
Mental Health.
American Mood Swings will be a weekly, one-hour series focusing on Depression,Bi-Polar Disorder (manic depression), ADD, Substance Abuse, Eating Disorders,ADHD, Anxiety Disorder (panic) and many other mental illnesses. The series will illuminate the full range and scope of these illnesses; from situational to clinical,from functional to dysfunctional. As the series continues, others will be explored.

Too many people have suffered alongside sons and daughters, fathers and mothers, and close personal friends who have
succumbed to these illnesses. In fact, 38,000 Americans resort to suicide every year, many because it is the only escape from their insufferable mis-perception of the world and themselves.
